My recent order with Burger King Kottawa had a taste issue with the iced milo and the fries were overcooked. Called to inform the branch and I'm impressed with how they handled it. They quickly replaced and resent both items with fresh ones which were both in great condition. Appreciate the prompt response and good customer service!
